Cooking: Paleo Bread

Paleo Bread


1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
1/4 cup Ground Chia Seeds
5 Eggs
1/4 Tsp Changing Habits Sea Salt
2 tbs Changing Habits coconut Oil
1 tbs coconut vinegar (or apple cider)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbs maleo or maple syrup
1/2 cup roughly chopped almonds
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup pumpkin seed (to sprinkle on top)
1 tbs sesame seeds

Mix all dry ingredients then mix wet ingredients. Leave the sultanas and almonds last to stir in.
Combine together and stir thoroughly then add sultanas and almonds.  Place in a loaf pan and cook in a 170 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Enjoy!
